Keith served as a law clerk to the Honorable Nathaniel M. Gorton, U.S. District Judge, District of Massachusetts before starting his private practice career at Ropes & Gray in Boston.  After several years there, he joined what was Eggleston & Cramer in Burlington and remained with that firm through its expansion and name change to Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer for fifteen years.  He had a brief stint with another prominent Burlington firm before joining Darby Kolter & Roberts in late 2020.

Keith holds a B.A. from Williams College and a J.D., cum laude, from Boston University School of Law, where he served as an Articles Editor of the Boston University Law Review.  He is admitted to practice in Vermont, New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Keith is a devoted husband and father who lives in Hinesburg with his wife and the youngest two of his three children as the oldest one attends the University of Michigan.   Outside of work, if you can’t find him on the golf course or skiing, you can often find him on the sideline of a soccer or field hockey field watching his daughters.
